I will test it and see what happens.

I have the same problem with Redhat 9.  (I went back and tested the last
3-4 versions.  Everything up through Redhat 8 works.  Redhat 9 and
beyond does not. Mandrake 9.0 works. I have not tested Mandrake 9.1 or
any of the SuSe versions I have here.)

Since it is my "out of the computer room development machine", I want to
get it working with the latest version of Redhat as possible.
