Getting up2date error after updates installed

I was downloading updates for 9.0.93 using 'up2date'. Everything 
"appears" to have installed okay. However, when I tried to once again 
start up2date using the icon, it "errored off." From the command line, 
if I enter "up2date" I get the following error message:

Any insights?  Thanks...Terry
