Bluecurve changes

Add my vote to those who prefer Shrike's Bluecurve to Severn's. The
lines forming the min/max/close cluster in the upper right corner are
much too thin. The blue corners that allowed simultaneous vertical and
horizontal resizing are gone altogether.

Call this one Bluecurve-Lite if you want, but please give us the
original Bluecurve back.
