3rd Party vendors

3rd party vendors who do binary only items have been very much like the
retail outlets that people keep saying Red Hat didnt do enough for..
they want little change within 18-24 month segments (unless they are the
ones initiating the change). They want to push the same product for that
long and do not want to be told that within 6 months its all changed.
