Scanner does not work as user

O.K. This sets the permissions.
You still have to change /etc/sane.d/epson.conf;
comment out:
# scsi EPSON
# usb /dev/usb/scanner0
add new line :
usb libusb:003:002
Problem here is that the :003:002 part can differ when you exchange usb
devices.
Editing should be done by a script similar to the above for the
permissions. My sed is very rusty. Somebody can help?
