I ran into this too. iproute is not the problem as it hasn't changed
since FC3t1 initial release. I suspect that something in the SELinux
stuff is interfering with its installation. There are absolutely no
other indications of errors during the install. I retreated to FC3t1
and did an "upgrade" install from rawhide and it works fine. The only
apparent difference from Charlie's install to mine is that I use HTTP.
