cups error on start

  (cups-1.1.22-2)
Starting cups with:

  service cups start

Gives me this error and fails:

  Starting cups: cupsd: relocation error: cupsd: 
  symbol __fprintf_chk, version GLIBC_2.3.4 not defined in 
  file libc.so.6 with link time reference

Is this due to non updated libs somewhere?

rpm -V cups shows nothing
