subversion wants libswigpy - where is it?

rpm -Uvh subversion-1.1.1-4.x86_64.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        libswigpy.so.0()(64bit) is needed by subversion-1.1.1-4.x86_64


but swig doesn't provide it.  yum install subversion has the same problem.
