x86_64 and Radeon 9600

Check out DRI list or do a google search. The support is missing because
it doesn't recognize the chipset and there should be a way around that. As
new chipsets get released it takes time for the identification strings to
be added to the driver. A newer driver than comes with FC1 may recognize
the card. Of course you will only get 2D support under x86_64 with a
9600SE.
