Yeah, but see, if the user doesn't install that group and wonders why 
his muted sound card makes no sound... Well, actually, the best thing to 
do is put alsactl's functionality into system-config-sound. But barring 
that, I'd install alsactl wherever I install the alsa sound drivers.

Threw that idea into the b'zilla entry...
