I just found out rawhide has not been sync'd so 4.3.0-58 isn't 
out there yet.  I've uploaded it to the following instead:

XFree86-4.3.0-58 is now available for download via 'yum' and ftp 
at the following URL:  ftp://people.redhat.com/mharris/testing/unstable
