Would this be the same problem as
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=126626? If so, it's
definitely a change that happened in the default kernel config within
the last month. Also, if it helps, I'm connecting to Earthlink through
Time Warner Cable in New York (and behind a Belkin home router) when I
see this problem.
