Dwaine,

One more thing i forgot to address was those "Access Denied" lines. 
>From the output, its hard to tell exactly what files are being accessed
and what those permissions are.  You may want to make sure that
everything in your ~home is owned by you.  If you did an upgrade, there
may be some files owned by a UID that may no longer exist...
