Odd LogWatch Response

In FC2t1, LogWatch reports the following warning/error under
SSHD:

    pam_succeed_if: requirement "uid < 100" not met by user "reg"

what is it trying to tell me???

And yes, my uid is NOT less than 100, its 1015...
