Where's Window Shade?

In previous incarnations, including FC 1, double clicking on on the 
window title bar the window "window shaded" which I am very fond of.  I 
can't seem to find the place to change this.  I know it is a function of 
Metacity, perhaps it was lost in the 
hide-the-window-manager-from-the-user-dept?

Also on the Metacity rant... I really miss themes like Beos where the 
title bar was not restricted to the whole width of the window.
