Howto get NFS exports working?

Is there a problem with my /etc/fstab?  Notice the last 2 lines above.  I have 
2 rpc_pipefs mounts.

/etc/fstab says:

none			/var/lib/rpc_pipes	rpc_pipefs defaults 0 0
none			/proc/fs/nfs		nfsd	noauto,defaults	0 0
