Closed HTTP port 80 - Can not open it

Could be the router, or the ISP... If it's the ISP, try a different
port, like 81, or 8080. Yeah it sucks, but they feel they have to
protect those Windows boxes sitting out there with great big fluorescent
orange "Kick Me!" signs stuck to them.
