rpm -e taking ages

Hi,

Is there any reason why when I do

rpm -e kernel-2.6.5-1.315 kernel-source-2.6.5-1.315
kernel-smp-2.6.5-1.315

it can take upto 9 minutes to do the operation? I'm using a 1.7GHz
Celeron with 768Mb of memory if that helps.
