- If you distribute only the binaries, you must offer the sources
  somehow to comply with the GNU GPL, that governs the distribution of
  at least one package per binary CD.  Pointing at fedora.redhat.com
  is not enough; it's *your* responsibility to ensure that people have
  access to the sources, you can't just hope Red Hat is going to keep
  it for the minimum of 3 years demanded by the GNU GPL.
