How many ways does this have to be said?   You didn't pay 
anything to get the right to complain.   You are free to help fix 
bugs but you have no god given right to complain about the 
speed of action of anybody else.    If it's such a big deal to you
help fix it.   This is a participation sport, spectators don't get
a say.
