New testing kernel.

As the more astute will have noticed, yesterday I
dropped a 2.6.9 based kernel in updates-testing.

This is 99% the same as the 2.6.9 kernel that is in FC3.
Whilst there are still bugs to fix there, it also
fixes countless bugs existing for a long time in the
current FC2 kernel, and getting both trees on a
kinda-sorta level playing field is going to do wonders
for trying to get bugzilla under control.

So, please beat on this a little, as any improvements
made to it will not only be useful from an FC2 update
point of view, but also for FC3.
