Here is few more (depending on how this system was used):

/usr/local
/opt
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/
/usr/share/texmf/web2c/     (configuration)

This list is not likely to be complete.

If you are doing installation upgrades instead then 'rpm -qa --last'
will give you after that a pretty good idea what are possible
"leftovers".
