Problem installing with Compaq A110

Hi!

I am having problem installing FC2 and FC3 on Compaq
A110. 

"Probe monitor type: unknown monitor."
It went blank after "1.. ".

I manage to get mandrake installed on in it. but it
had to fell back to a mechanism as the monitor lack of
some support.

Anyone facing this problem? Is there an alternative
method to install Fc3?
