Has been discussed.  Mainly developer/QA effort, deemed better devoted
to moving on with the next release.  Besides "yum upgrade" is orders of
magnitude better than going through M$ updates with all the recursive
patch dependencies and reboots (admittedly far fewer for w2k or XP than
9x) required.
