FC3 disappointment: KsCD locks system; grip; CDROM in general.

I ripped several CDs tonight.  grip/cdparanoia generally work better
than they used to.  I am running the cdparanoia-test that you built for
me the other day.

I don't have problems with the CDROM not ejecting anymore (when done
ripping).

There are still messages in the syslog.  BTW:IRQs are not enabled for
the cdrom.
