OOO not auto-saving by default

Really?  MS Office seems to have it turned on everywhere here(my
workplace).  Maybe the Windows admins are savvy enough to turn it on.

I will check on it and see what I can determine.  But really, shouldn't
this be on by default for a Desktop Distribution?
