That last set of updates has upset my box!

Ugh. Apparently there's a bug in prelink that is hopefully fixed by an
update in the updates-testing repository:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/3/i386/prelink-0.3.3-0.fc3.i386.rpm

Try installing that and running the /etc/cron.daily/prelink script
before taking that sledgehammer approach of a complete reinstall...
