KDE issues

Two other issues.. kdebase had to be rpm'd explicitely. yum kept
saying that unmet dependencies were not met... and after I installed
kdebase, it still listed kdebase as in the development tree.. but was
happy to install other kde packages. I do not know what was up with
that.
