I've filed a bug about this

 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=135442

One workaround is to remove the fscontext=system_u:object_r:removable_t
option in /etc/fstab, but right now you need to do this on every insert
until the bug is resolved.
