Question: Where is the dnsdomainname set?

Hi,

On FC2 i had to set i manually in /etc/hosts on the line you shouldnt change ;-)

127.0.0.1     myhostname         myhostname.mydomain             localhost


just leave the last alias-entry as it is, it worked always for me. Usually i remember on rh9 with the app
redhat-config-network (now system-config-network) there was a tab called dns - there it should work to.
