Battery status and system clock

Hello!!

I have installed fc3t2 on dell presario2100. I have two problems.

1) battery status doesn't work good. it is refreshed very rarely. for
example it shows 79% for 15 minutes and afterthat changes to 65%. when I
unplug computer it takes 10 minutes to change status. 

2) system clock works slower than it should. few minutes for every hour.
I have tried few kernels but nothing has changed.
