Fedora Core 3 Test 3 Discs Not Working

I found all media checks pass on both ide and scsi cdroms provided you
burn at a very very slow rate. Normally my burner runs at 40x and its
been fine until FC3T3. I burned the 4-CD set twice and wasted 8 cds
until i discovered that buring at 4x did the trick.
