First check https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ Fedora core 3 test 3 to
ascertain whether this has been reported as a bug. If it has then a
workaround/solution might already exist. Otherwise create a bugzilla
account and then go to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/easy_enter_bug.cgi. This will
walk you through the process of creating a new bug.
