Add/Remove Programs - doesnt show updated programs

I'm not seeing this behavior.
I install kde via 
yum groupinstall "KDE (K Desktop Environment)"
and then ran s-c-packages  and 13/14 kde components are listed as installed.

As far as I can tell, s-c-packages worked exactly as expected in my case.
