I want your advice as an "Expert".

btw, in test release (fc3t? or fc3rc?) _all_ packages are signed even if
the release is completely broken.
Where is the coherence of having signed rpm for test release but
unsigned rpm for updates.

Any advice Mister "Expert" ?

        expert security practises during test cycle :
