Radeon 7200 - locks up during initializing

Thanks Scott, I filed a bug report also. The bug is 1384

If your history with the card was good before, maybe some arrangement 
regarding making the earlier cards work again can be achieved.

This problem is a lot worse than the problem with the 815 card. You 
cannot do much to isolate the problem when the computer is locked up 
dead.(rad 7200) The refresh problem was messy, but navigatable with a 
lot of care. (815 GC)

They might have to start coming up with legacy drivers for the older 
card types.
