Ironically they get it wrong too. It says

	"Your software has ..." 

when reporting an error. Which is curious as it's not sold so should say
"Our softwaare has"

There is a clear divide between "stuff that affects me" and "stuff that 
affects other users too". End users don't seem too clear on the divide sometimes
