new apmd rpm has no libapm component

it always helps to talk about version numbers on packages.  You might
be communicating with an out of sync mirror.
My system has
rpm -q gnome-applets
gnome-applets-2.10.1-4
rpm -q --requires gnome-applets|grep libapm
nothing
