missing glibc rev

I have been receiving updates from the FC5 development, but I have over
300 pkgs that are missing dependency glibc-devel 2.3.5-10 for
linuxthreads-devel

I think most people do not have this problem, because they are
commenting on issues that I haven't been able to download yet.

In the yum report I see
 "Processing conflict: glibc-common conflicts with glibc > 2.3.5"

If this is my problem, how do I get rid of the conflict? or
can someone tell me where I get glibc-devel 2.3.5-10
