yum conf for freshrpms.net

After spending some time on freshrpm.net I'm not finding examples or
docu that explains what I need in yum.conf to access the repositories.
This would be for a mainly rawhide installation.

Would I aim at what freshrpms.net calls FedoraLinux 3 or do they have
devel directory ...

Trying the address of there Fed3 (Heidleburg) in yum
  http://heidelberg.freshrpms.net/

Doesn't find the right stuff for yum:

I didn't find direction on there web pages but it does say its
accessable to yum.
