The libtool package contains the GNU libtool, a set of shell scripts

libraries.

If you are developing programs which will use shared libraries, you
should install libtool.

This libtool update is a trivial rebuild to get the pre-installed
libtool script to correctly use the gcc 3.4.3 update.
