audio and lan issues

Ok I will continue to post...probably someone read me?

I attach:
system-config-XXX they are the results of the same command line launched 
under root.
hwbrowser result of the same command line
my /etc/sysconfig/hcwconf in this file my soundcard recognized is an 
Audigy, but my sbcard is a Live! 24 bit

hope somene help me...everything crash on my pc!
