yum error

ok well turns out that those 3 i enabled dont work i tried uncommenting the 
baseurl when i got a error on that and then i got a error on the mirrors so 
i disabled them and i am just using the devel related ones

this is the last bit of what yum tells me

the error i am getting is above note i have never used yum before can some 
one please tell me what is wrong
