edit, save pdf forms

Not AFAICT. evince reports:
	Error: PDF version 1.6 -- xpdf supports version 1.5 (continuing anyway)

and doesn't even manage to display the text which I added to the form in
acroread. xpdf and kpdf do a little better -- they do actually manage to
display my additions, but they don't allow me to edit it.
