cvs not current

Why is it that cvs has kde-i18n/FC-5/kde-i18n.spec only at 3.5.2-0.1.fc5?

I've noticed this several times now where an update is released, and cvs
lags for 1-3 days.  Is my expectation of cvs being (instantly) current
unreasonable?
