Mahjong times not saved

Under FC5T2, Mahjong 2.13.5 is not saving the times of the top scoring games 
when the games is finished.  Both minutes and seconds show 0 (00 min 00 sec).  
Otherwise the game seems to be working very well.

Great work on the new layouts and tile sets.
