Rawhide -- Gnome Power Manager applet keeps popping up a "Battery now fully charged" message

Hello,

About once a minute I get an applet popup that informs
me my battery is fully charged.  Anyone else seeing this?
I have been seeing this behavior for a couple of weeks
or so.
