Are you using the latest version of xen?  Why I run it I get different
output to you:

# xenguest-install.py
What is the name of your virtual machine? FC5T2XEN
 ERROR: Installs currently require 256 megs of RAM.

How much RAM should be allocated (in megabytes)?
