Eclipse - failed dependencies - after 10 Feb Update

I know this was a while ago, but I figured I'd explain.  This was my fault
and I fixed it the following day.  It was because I put a hard dependency
on eclipse-platform 3.1.2 and not >= (with a < 3.1.3).  Sorry.
