I say... only let people who can pass a basic troubleshooting quiz
have them first.. so those people are ready when the novice testers
grab them on release day. Sadly i find, its exactly the opposite. If
you are clever enough to hunt down leaked isos before the official
annoucement, you should be clever enough to solve your own problems. 
If you are expecting help, wait for the release.
